Dear Father in Heaven, I am sorry that my sins have separated me from you. I want to repent and turn from that life and give You my heart. I believe Your Son died on the cross for my sins and for the sins of others. Thank you for Your forgiveness and for the help You will give me in order to live a holy life. I now place all my hope in Jesus. I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
